| 2.00pm - 3.30pm | Ceremony | The wedding ceremony will take place at the Shorehaven Waterfront Park. The wedding is on the grass area next to the beach. Signing of the marriage certificate. |
| 3.30pm - 5.00pm | Drive & Free Time |
All guests will need to make their way to the Yanchep Inn. The remainder of this time is at your leisure. |
| By 5.00pm | Check in | Check in to the Yanchep Inn if staying overnight by 5pm. |
| By 5.30pm | Meeting point | Meet at the front of the Yanchep Inn to meet the bus. |
| 5.30pm - 5.50pm | Bus | A bus has been arranged for all wedding guests to transport from the Yanchep Inn to the Cabaret Cave. |
| By 6.00pm | Welcome drinks | Upon arrival you will receive a welcome cocktail and drinks. Finger food is available for all. |
| 6.45pm - 8.45pm | Dinner & Speeches |
3 course dinner will be served. A few speeches to make you laugh but nothing too long! |
| Remainder night | Fun times | Dancing and mingling. Have a laugh with the Bride & Groom. Be prepared for some fun surprises on the night. |
| 11.30pm | Drinks Stop | The bar closes. No more alcoholic drinks will be served. |
| 11.45pm | Bride & Groom leave |
The Bride and Groom will say goodbye to all guests. |
| Midnight | Reception Close | The reception comes to an end at midnight. |
| 12.00 - 12.30am | Bus | A bus has been arranged for all wedding guests to transport from the Cabaret Cave to the Yanchep Inn. |
Optional - bring your own drinks and leave inside your room for those who wish to continue partying after the reception. Please be respectful of other hotel guests.
